Screen Printing is the age old process of squeezing ink through a stencil. We can now print up to 10 colors, and do full color simulated-process with our new auto-press.
15 PIECE MINIMUM
It is an incredibly messy process that takes a lot of time to set up (and clean up after), so we have a 15 piece minimum. The trick to screen printing is that the more total shirts you order, the cheaper each shirt gets. For instance, 200 black shirts, with one color of ink on the front (or any one location) will cost only about $10.27 each. However, only 24 of the same shirt will cost about $12.74 each. Additional print colors and or print locations will add cost to the shirts. Each color requires a setup fee.
